    Born in Accra, Ghana, and raised in the United States, Adam arrived with humble beginnings. He experienced first-hand how educational opportunity can transform a life, and embraced education as the foundation for personal growth and lifelong success.

    For more than two decades he has served students, families and communities in the American public school system, rising into school leadership as a principal, improving outcomes, developing future leaders and supporting college readiness for every child regardless of background.

    Never losing sight of his roots

    He has traveled regularly to Ghana since 2003, strengthening relationships with educators, community leaders, government stakeholders and local families, and reinforcing his belief that Africa's greatest untapped resource is its young people.

    As Founder and President of Empowering Minds Foundation Global, he leads an international initiative equipping African students for the age of artificial intelligence, computer science and digital innovation.

    EMF Global's flagship project is a world-class Artificial Intelligence and Technology Academy in Accra, planned for family-owned property and built with local and international partners, a center of excellence for AI, software development, robotics, entrepreneurship, digital literacy and leadership.
